What is Ethanol 10?

E10 is regular unleaded blended with up to 10% ethanol. It carries a 94 research octane number (RON), slightly higher than standard U91, and is often the cheapest petrol grade at the pump. Check your owner's manual or the fuel-flap sticker: most petrol cars built after 1986 run on E10 safely.
