Free fleet fuel tracking
Give each vehicle a driver name, log every fill-up and see what each vehicle and driver spends on fuel against the area average. Download a PDF report or a CSV, or have both emailed to you.

What a free fleet holds
- Fleet vehicles, free
- 5
- Fleet fill-ups, free, with their full history
- 10,000
- Fleet vehicles with FuelRadar+
- 25
- Fleet fill-ups with FuelRadar+
- No cap
Driver names, the spend dashboard, the PDF report and the CSV come with every fleet. Fleet vehicles are counted apart from the 2 personal vehicles in your own logbook.
How it works
Add vehicles and drivers
Name each vehicle, add its driver and, if you like, its rego and the fuel it takes.
Log fill-ups in the logbook
Enter the station, litres and price per litre. "Log fill-up" on a vehicle opens the logbook with that vehicle chosen.
See spend and savings
Spend, litres and the price paid per litre against the area average, by vehicle, by driver and month by month.
Download or email a report
An A4 PDF report and a CSV with one row per fill-up, for the period and vehicle you pick, ready for your books.
What the dashboard shows

- Spend and litres
- Fuel spend, litres bought and fill-ups for this or last month, 3 or 12 months, the financial year to date, last financial year or your own dates, for the whole fleet or one vehicle.
- Price paid against the area
- Your average cents per litre beside the area average for the same fuel on the same day, and the dollars saved or lost against it.
- Drivers and vehicles ranked
- Who paid least per litre, by driver or by vehicle, and a month-by-month chart of spend or price against the area.
- One account runs the fleet
- Drivers are names on their vehicles, not accounts. The fleet owner adds the vehicles and logs the fill-ups.
What is the area average?
The area average is FuelRadar’s first daily average for the same fuel on the day of each fill-up: the station’s city, or the tracked cities in its state (then the country) when the station is outside one.

Is fleet fuel tracking free?
Yes. A free FuelRadar Australia account runs a fleet of up to 5 vehicles with 10,000 fleet fill-ups and their full history, the spend dashboard, driver names, and a PDF report and CSV to download or have emailed to you. FuelRadar+ raises the fleet to 25 vehicles with no cap on fleet fill-ups.
Do my drivers need their own accounts?
No. One account runs the fleet. Each vehicle carries its driver’s name, and fill-ups are logged against the vehicle in the fuel logbook.
How is the area average worked out?
It is FuelRadar’s first daily average for the same fuel on the day of each fill-up: the station’s city, or the tracked cities in its state (then the country) when the station is outside one. The saving is that average minus the price paid per litre after discounts, times the litres.
What is in the PDF report and the CSV?
Both cover the period and vehicle you choose. The A4 PDF report has the spend, litres, average price paid against the area average and the saving, each vehicle and driver, month by month, and the fill-ups. The CSV has one row per fill-up: date, vehicle, rego, driver, station, brand, state, fuel, litres, price paid per litre, total, the area average and which area it came from, the saving, the odometer reading and the payment method. Download either, or have both emailed to the verified address on your account.
Do fleet vehicles use up my personal logbook?
No. Fleet vehicles and fleet fill-ups have their own allowance, separate from the 2 personal vehicles (25 with FuelRadar+) in your own logbook.
